In 2019, I was honoured to be invited to speak at Birmingham City Universities ‘Embroidery Materclass Day’- alongside renowned embroidery artist Karen Nicol. During the day, I gave a lecture on my life as an embroidery designer and spoke about some of the wonderful projects and collections I have been involved in. I also bought a varied portfolio of embroidery samples and explored the different techniques used with the students.
